For the best print quality, use bright, high-resolution photos with the main subject centered. Avoid blurry screenshots, dark images, or photos with important details too close to the edges, because square magnets may require slight cropping.

Photo Upload & Permission
Upload a clear, high-resolution photo for the best result. You must own the image or have permission to print it. We cannot print copyrighted characters, brand logos, celebrity images, or images taken from the internet unless you have the rights to use them.

Our standard processing time is 1–2 business days. This is the time it takes for us to cut/print/assemble your order and prepare it for shipping. If you need your order by a specific date, please send us a message here to ensure we can accommodate your request.

Canadian Parcel (1-8 Business Days)

We use a variety of shipping carriers (Canada Post, ICS Courier, UPS, Purolator and FedEx) to delivery orders to our customers. Flat-rate shipping is available on all orders and is complimentary on orders over $99 (before applicable sales tax). You will receive a tracking number when your order dispatches and insurance is included on your order.

United States

We offer shipping to the US and all orders include tracking. All orders are sent with ChitChats and will be delivered by USPS. All tariff and brokerage fees are prepaid and you will not incur any additional charges at the time of delivery.
