What is Snap Square Magnets?

Snap Square Magnets is a Canadian personalized gift shop creating custom photo magnets, fridge magnets, keepsakes, keychains, bookmarks, pins, bottle openers, event favors, business magnets, and other meaningful photo-based gifts.

Our products are designed for everyday memories, family photos, pets, weddings, graduations, teachers, grandparents, realtors, corporate gifting, school fundraisers, events, and small businesses.

Are your custom photo magnets made in Canada?

Yes. Snap Square Magnets creates personalized photo magnets and custom gifts in Canada. Orders are made with care and shipped from Canada.

Do you only sell square magnets?

No. Although our name started with square photo magnets, Snap Square Magnets now offers a wider range of personalized gifts, including custom fridge magnets, round photo magnets, flexible photo magnets, die-cut magnets, NFC photo magnets, photo keychains, mirror keychains, magnetic bookmarks, wooden bookmarks, custom pin buttons, bottle openers, calendar magnets, realtor magnets, event magnets, and bulk business magnets.

Are your products handmade or made to order?

Most Snap Square Magnets products are custom-made or personalized after your order is placed. Because each order is made using your selected photos, text, logo, or design, we keep limited ready-made inventory.

Ordering & Personalization

How do I place an order?

Choose your product, select the quantity or pack size, upload your photo or design, add personalization details, review your cart, and complete checkout. If you have special instructions, add them before submitting your order.

Can I preview my design before ordering?

Product pages may show sample images to help you understand the style and layout. Your final product will be created using your uploaded photo, text, or design.

Do you send a proof before printing?

For simple photo magnet orders, we may proceed using the uploaded photos and personalization details.

For bulk orders, business logos, QR codes, custom layouts, or event orders, you can request a proof in the order notes. Proof requests may add extra processing time.

Can I change my photo after placing an order?

Can I cancel my order?

Because personalized products are made to order, cancellations are only possible before production has started. Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel.

What if I made a typo in my personalization?

Contact us right away. If the order has not entered production, we will do our best to update the text. Once a custom order has been produced, we may not be able to change or refund it due to customer-submitted typos.

Do you offer templates?

Yes. Snap Square Magnets offers templates for customers who want design inspiration or ready-to-customize layouts for personalized magnets and gifts.

Shipping & Processing

What is your current processing time?

Current processing time is usually shown on the website announcement bar. Most custom orders are processed within a few business days, and current site messaging may show 3–5 business days depending on order volume, season, product type, and customization needs.

Bulk orders, custom layouts, multiple-design orders, proof requests, or orders needing extra file review may take longer.

What is the difference between processing time and shipping time?

Processing time is the time needed to prepare, print, personalize, assemble, pack, and get your order ready to ship.

Shipping time is the time the carrier takes to deliver your package after it leaves Snap Square Magnets.

Your total timeline is processing time plus shipping time.

Where do you ship from?

Orders ship from Canada.

Do you ship within Canada?

Yes. We ship within Canada. Free shipping is available on eligible Canadian orders over $99 before applicable taxes or fees.

How much is shipping in Canada?

For the 10 Canadian provinces, standard shipping may be offered at a flat rate shown at checkout. Shipping to Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut is calculated at checkout based on destination and package details.

Do you ship to the USA?

Yes. Many Snap Square Magnets products can ship to the USA. Shipping cost and delivery options are shown at checkout.

I am in the US. Will I be charged tariffs?

We have partnered with Chit Chats to offer duty and tariff prepaid shipping to the US. This means that what you see at checkout is what you pay, there won't be any additional charges upon delivery.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to many international destinations when available at checkout. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and carrier.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or import charges required by their country.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery times depend on your location, selected shipping method, carrier conditions, weather, holidays, and peak season volume. Estimated delivery options are shown at checkout when available.

Can I order for a wedding, school event, fundraiser, or corporate deadline?

Yes. Please order early and include your event date in the order notes. For large orders or deadline-sensitive projects, contact us before ordering so we can confirm the best timeline.

Return Policy

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) are final sale. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

How do I return an item?

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging (if applicable). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us through our Contact Form. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return-shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund total.

How are refunds processed?

If a refund is approved, it is usually returned to the original payment method. Your bank or credit card company may need additional time to process and post the refund.
