We can only print images you own or have permission to use. This includes professional photos (with rights) and original artwork you’re authorized to print. We cannot print copyrighted characters, logos, or images taken from the internet without permission.

Because Custom Photo Magnets are personalized, we generally can’t accept returns for change-of-mind. If your order arrives damaged or there’s a production issue, contact us and we’ll make it right.

Yes. Custom Photo Magnets make a great gift. You can ship directly to the recipient in Canada or the USA, and you can include a gift note (where available at checkout).

Absolutely. You can upload multiple images during checkout for your Custom Photo Magnets. If you want a pack made with different photos, upload each photo you’d like included.

Our Custom Photo Magnets are durable and designed for everyday use, but they’re not meant to be submerged in water. For best results, wipe gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth and avoid harsh chemicals.

Most photos need a small crop to fit the magnet shape. You’ll have the option to adjust cropping before finalizing your order. If a photo is very zoomed-in, we recommend choosing an image with extra space around the subject.

For the sharpest Custom Photo Magnets, use high-resolution photos (ideally taken on a modern smartphone or camera). Avoid screenshots, heavily compressed images, or photos pulled from social media when possible.
