Refund policy

At SnapSquare Magnets, we want you to feel confident when you order from us. Please read carefully to understand which items can be returned and how our process works.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Custom products: All personalized items (such as flexible magnets, fridge magnets, button magnets, photo prints, and other custom-made products) are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

  • Gift cards: Non-refundable.

  • Personal care or perishable goods: Not applicable to our store, but included for legal compliance.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately here,  if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process.

If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us through Contact Us.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
