• Upload the original, high-resolution photograph whenever possible.
• Choose a bright, sharp image with the face clearly visible.
• Leave space around the head and face for cropping.
• Avoid screenshots, blurry photographs and tightly cropped faces.

Made from your photograph

The baby shown in the product images is an example. Your ornament will feature the photograph, name and year you provide.

Photos are cropped to fit the round design and leave room for the white text panel. Please choose a clear image with space around your baby’s face.

Check names, spelling and the year carefully before checkout. Screen colours may differ slightly from the finished UV print. Natural variations in the wooden material and edge can occur.

Digital proofs

Proofs are not sent automatically. Please message us immediately after ordering if you would like to review your design before production. Production may begin once your order information is complete.

Processing

Standard processing is 1–2 business days; shipping time is additional. Proof requests or design changes may affect the processing timeline.

Care and storage

Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid soaking, abrasive cleaners and scrubbing the printed surface. Store in a dry place between holiday seasons.
