Creating Your Business Card Magnets Is Easy

1. Choose your pack size.

Select 25, 50, 100, 250, 500 or 1,000 magnets. Need another quantity? Contact us for a custom quote.

2. Upload your artwork.

Provide your existing business-card design, company logo, complete magnet artwork, Canva design, print-ready PDF, high-resolution PNG or JPG.

3. Add your business information.

If it is not already included in your artwork, provide your business name, phone number, email, website, address, services, social media, promotional wording or call to action.

4. Add an optional QR code.

Your QR code can link to Google Reviews, your booking page, website, quote request, menu, online ordering, referral page, social media or another approved destination.

Please test the QR code and destination before submitting your order.

5. Review your digital proof.

Carefully verify your business name, phone number, website, email, QR code, QR destination, logo, spelling and artwork placement.

6. Approve & produce.

Production begins after the final artwork is approved.

Standard pricing is based on one approved design repeated throughout the selected pack. Need another quantity, more than 1,000 magnets, multiple designs, different QR codes, employee/location-specific versions or special packaging? Contact us for a custom quote. A digital proof is included before production.

Processing Time

Our standard processing time is 3–5 business days. This is the time it takes for us to cut/print/assemble your order and prepare it for shipping. If you need your order by a specific date, please send us a message here to ensure we can accommodate your request.

Shipping

Canadian Parcel (1-8 Business Days)

We use a variety of shipping carriers (Canada Post, ICS Courier, UPS, Purolator and FedEx) to delivery orders to our customers. Flat-rate shipping is available on all orders and is complimentary on orders over $99 (before applicable sales tax). You will receive a tracking number when your order dispatches and insurance is included on your order.

United States

We offer shipping to the US and all orders include tracking. All orders are sent with ChitChats and will be delivered by USPS. All tariff and brokerage fees are prepaid and you will not incur any additional charges at the time of delivery.
