Create your wedding favours in four steps

1. Choose your pack and package. Select your required quantity and presentation option.
2. Choose design A–H. Provide the couple names, initials and date required for that layout.
3. Send your final guest list. Include one name per line, with the correct spelling, capitalization, punctuation and accents. For printed boxes, also provide your requested lid details.
4. Review and approve your mockup. Production begins after your approval.

The mockup demonstrates your chosen layout using a representative guest name. It is not a separate proof of every name in your bulk order.

One cart quantity means one complete pack. Pack of 75 × quantity 1 = 75 coasters.

Contact us before ordering if you require a custom quantity, mixed designs or delivery for a specific event date.

Make the presentation personal, too

Choose Coaster + UV Printed Box to add coordinating personalization directly to your white textured box lids.

Your box design can include:

• Couple names or initials.
• Wedding or event date.
• Individual guest names.
• A monogram or coordinating decorative details.

Please provide your preferred wording and any design notes with your order. We’ll include the box artwork in your mockup for approval.

The coaster is laser engraved; the box lid is UV printed. Box printing is included only with the UV Printed Box package.

Caring for your maple wood coasters

• Wipe gently with a soft, slightly damp cloth.
• Allow to dry completely after cleaning.
• Do not soak or place in a dishwasher.
• Avoid prolonged contact with standing water.
• Store in a dry environment.

Natural variations in grain, colour and engraving tone are expected. The darker rim is created during laser cutting.

Please check all names, dates and wording carefully before approving your mockup. Requested changes after approval may affect production timing.
