Design Tips

For the best result:

  • Upload a clear, high-resolution image
  • Keep faces and important details near the centre
  • Keep text and logos away from the outer edge
  • Use short, easy-to-read wording
  • Avoid very small text
  • Avoid screenshots when an original image or artwork file is available
  • Circular, centred and square designs generally work especially well

  • Each pin button measures approximately 2.25" round.
  • Available quantities are 6, 9, 12 and 24 buttons.
  • Buttons can be personalized with a photo, logo, artwork, text or event design.
  • Designs may require slight cropping or repositioning to fit the circular print area.
  • Keep important faces, text and logos away from the outer edge.
  • Very small text may not reproduce clearly at the finished 2.25" size.
  • Colours may vary slightly between your screen and the finished printed product.
  • Personalized items are created specifically from the files and instructions supplied with your order.
  • Please upload photographs, logos and artwork you own or have permission to reproduce.
  • Decorative props shown in product photography are not included.
  • Pin-back closures contain a pointed component. Handle with care when attaching or removing the button.
  • Not intended as a toy.
  • Keep away from young children and pets when not in use.
Processing Time

Our standard processing time is 1–2 business days. This is the time it takes for us to cut/print/assemble your order and prepare it for shipping. If you need your order by a specific date, please send us a message here to ensure we can accommodate your request.

Shipping

Canadian Parcel (1-8 Business Days)

We use a variety of shipping carriers (Canada Post, ICS Courier, UPS, Purolator and FedEx) to delivery orders to our customers. Flat-rate shipping is available on all orders and is complimentary on orders over $99 (before applicable sales tax). You will receive a tracking number when your order dispatches and insurance is included on your order.

United States

We offer shipping to the US and all orders include tracking. All orders are sent with ChitChats and will be delivered by USPS. All tariff and brokerage fees are prepaid and you will not incur any additional charges at the time of delivery.
