Each heart measures approximately 3.15 × 2.76 inches and is made from 3 mm maple wood. Choose from eight layouts and packs of 25–250, with optional magnetic backing and individual velvet gift bags.

Please select a magnet package if you would like magnetic backing included.

One design is used throughout your order unless mixed designs have been arranged before purchase. Longer names may be resized to fit while keeping the lettering readable.

One engraved maple wood heart per guest, with a small rectangular magnet attached to the back. A velvet bag is not included.

Place Card + Magnet + Velvet Bag
One engraved maple wood heart per guest, with a magnet attached, plus one individual velvet gift bag for each heart.

Your pack size determines the quantity supplied. For example, a Pack of 100 in the complete package includes 100 engraved hearts with magnets attached and 100 velvet bags.

The 3 mm measurement refers to the wood thickness. Natural grain, colour and engraving darkness vary between pieces.

Create your personalized place cards in four steps

1. Choose your pack and package. Select your required quantity and whether you would like magnets and velvet bags.
2. Select design A–H. Provide the couple names, initials, date or wording required for that layout.
3. Send your final guest list. Include one name per line with the correct spelling, capitalization, accents and punctuation.
4. Review your mockup. Check the representative layout carefully. Engraving begins after your approval.

The mockup shows your selected design using one representative guest name; it is not a separate proof of every name in the order.

One cart quantity means one complete pack. Select Pack of 75 and leave cart quantity at 1 to order 75 personalized hearts.

Caring for your wooden keepsake

• Wipe gently with a dry or slightly damp cloth.
• Dry promptly and avoid soaking.
• Store in a dry location.
• For magnetic versions, use a compatible magnetic surface.

Natural variations are part of the material. Wood grain, colour and engraving tone can differ between hearts. The darker brown edge is created during laser cutting.

Please check your guest list and personalization carefully. Changes requested after approval may affect production timing and incur additional charges.
